Our 80-year-old, family owned collections firm seeking an experienced sales professional to sell our services within the financial services industry. IC System is a well-respected, $55 Million revenue producing company with more than 650 employees with two on-shore operational locations. The successful candidate will join a very experienced sales team that focuses on several other industry verticals. We are looking for an individual who is already well-known and has contacts within the industry. The candidate must be able to demonstrate how they have presented receivables solutions to financial services companies that have resulted in productive, long-term projects. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of business development.
The successful candidate will become the face of IC System in the FS industry.
Use industry knowledge and contacts to meet quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Will report progress through the use of Sales Force software.
Work with an experienced marketing and RFP production staff to produce successful proposals.
Effectively set sales appointments to present the skills of IC System to a national audience.
Qualifications and Skills
5+ Years of demonstrated successful new project production within the FS vertical with a 1st and 3rd party ARM Services Company.
Matches with IC System Core Values
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrated ability to organize and accomplish a busy national sales travel schedule working remotely from a home-office.
Well-known within the FS industry vertical
Software skills to include: Word, Outlook, Excel, Contact management software.
Base Salary with competitive commission schedule.
Quarterly sales incentives based upon new revenue production.
