WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to collect on delinquent accounts
  • Learn friendly, ethical, and effective negotiation
  • Establish a rapport while communicating in a consumer-friendly manner
  • Make payment arrangements for our clients nationwide via telephone
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals

Qualifications:

  • Candidates of all experience are encouraged to apply!
  • Drug screen and criminal background check are required
  • Must be available to attend training from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday (training lasts up to 3 weeks)
