Job Summary:

IC System is currently looking to fill a Collection Representative position on our growing healthcare team located in our Vadnais Heights, MN office. As a Healthcare Collection Representative, you'll consult directly with patients to resolve outstanding medical bills.

*This position requires 3 weeks of training at our Vadnais Heights office. Due to Covid-19, there is flexibility to temporarily work from home after 60-90 days in the office.

Training: 

IC System provides 3 weeks paid training, no call center experience necessary. Training Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Hours of operation: 

Our current hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday – Friday. **Hours may be extended Monday – Friday after the state of emergency is lifted.

Compensation: 

$15.00 to $16.00 per hour plus and average commission check of $200-$300 a month.
